All your financial transactions are stored and processed in one secure place. Once you add your card to your OryaPay account, we continuously protect your card information so you never need to share it directly with merchants again.



Buyer Protection
OryaPay’s Buyer Protection program is designed to safeguard your online purchases. If you buy an eligible item online and it does not arrive or is significantly different from the seller’s description, OryaPay may refund the full cost of the item plus shipping fees. This protection applies to eligible purchases made on marketplaces, websites, or any online platform when paying with OryaPay.


What is Covered

  • Physical goods that can be shipped by mail and comply with OryaPay policies.

  • Examples of eligible situations:

    • Receiving a DVD instead of a book you ordered.

    • Receiving a used item instead of a new one.

    • Receiving fewer items than purchased.

    • Receiving damaged goods upon delivery.

    • Missing essential parts not disclosed by the seller.

    • Receiving counterfeit items instead of authentic products.


What is Not Covered

  • Non-physical goods such as services, real estate, motor vehicles, customized items, travel tickets, industrial machinery, prepaid cards, or gift cards.

  • Items picked up in person or any item violating OryaPay or partner policies.

  • Disputes must be filed within 180 days of purchase to remain eligible for protection.


General Guidelines

  • Disputes are only accepted for tangible, physical items.

  • Full payment for the item must be made in a single transaction.

  • Buyers can submit a dispute within 180 days from the payment date.

  • If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, the dispute may be escalated to a formal claim within 20 days.

  • Multiple disputes for the same payment are not allowed.


Refunds

  • If an eligible item does not arrive or does not match the description, OryaPay will refund the full cost of the item, including shipping charges.

  • Refunds are processed quickly to ensure your funds are returned securely.


Security Measures & Support

  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity to prevent unauthorized use.

  • OryaPay provides full support for disputes, unauthorized transactions, or any issues you may encounter.

  • Always keep your account credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
