Service Policy – OryaPay Virtual Card

OryaPay’s Virtual Card service enables users to create, fund, and use virtual cards for secure online payments. These cards provide a convenient and safe alternative to physical credit/debit cards.

Eligibility & Account Verification
Users must have a verified OryaPay account to create a virtual card. Verification may require personal identification documents and contact information. Users under 18 years old (or legal age in their jurisdiction) are not permitted to use virtual cards.

Usage
Virtual cards can be used only for lawful online transactions. Fraudulent or unauthorized activities, including attempting to bypass security measures, may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure. Users are responsible for ensuring that card usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Funding & Limits
Cards can be funded via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or wallet balance. The spending limit of the virtual card equals the funded balance. Users must ensure sufficient balance before initiating transactions; insufficient funds will result in declined payments. Top-ups are instantaneously reflected on the card balance.

Transactions & Processing
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Transactions are reflected in real-time on the user dashboard. Users receive notifications for successful, failed, or pending transactions. Full card details are not stored on OryaPay for security reasons.

Security Measures
OryaPay implements industry-leading fraud detection to monitor unusual activity. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts. Suspicious or high-risk activity may result in temporary freezing of the card. Confirmed fraudulent transactions may lead to permanent card deactivation.

Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are subject to the merchant’s policy. OryaPay assists users in retrieving transaction details for disputes. Users must contact the merchant first; OryaPay can provide transaction proof to support dispute claims. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Suspension & Termination
OryaPay may suspend or terminate virtual cards due to fraud, suspicious activity, violation of terms of service, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Upon termination, remaining funds may be forfeited unless resolved through support.

Liability & Disclaimer
OryaPay provides virtual card services “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or compatibility with all websites. OryaPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including failed transactions, downtime, or unauthorized payments. Maximum liability is limited to the available balance on the user’s virtual card at the time of the incident.
